Google Workspace 2 Step Verification

For user safety, we require all Google Workspace accounts to register for 2 Step Verification. A new employee has 30 days from the "hire date" added to UKG to register before they will be locked out MDPCentral, Gmail, and more.

 

New hires should use the following link to set up 2 step verification: https://myaccount.google.com/security/signinoptions/two-step-verification/enroll-welcome
