Sensor Warranty FAQ

From the date of Purchase, each x-ray sensor has a warranty for 2 years with Dexis. Once this warranty expires, we have a continued support for an additional 2 years through Patterson. If you are to ever run into any issues with your x-ray sensor please submit a ticket to MDP IT to assist in troubleshooting your sensor, as well as checking the warranty through both Dexis and Patterson. All broken sensors do have to be sent back. If the replacement is through Dexis, they will ship you a new sensor and a shipping return label, your office just will need to send the broken sensor back with the return label in the same box the new sensor was received. If the replacement is through Patterson, please keep the broken sensor somewhere safe, as the local Patterson branch will arrange a pickup time.

**If you are ever reached out to by Dexis to extend the sensors warranty, Tell them No! We do not need to purchase any extended warranties as we already have an extended warranty in place.**

Tabby Riggs check the Sensor Warranties with Patterson, if no longer Covered by Dexis. Gather the information listed below, and email to Tabby Riggs!

Thus, allowing Patterson to evaluate the reason for warranty replacement.

**Patterson does not consider the cable issues caused by being ran over by a chair/being stepped on as basic wear and tear so please be cautious with the sensor cables.**
