1. LoopTVs should auto activate after first set up. If the office waits too long the auto-activation expires.

2. If this happens the Loop TV will prompt staff to go to loop.tv/activate where they are prompted to enter an email.

3. If this happens get the MAC address off the Loop player itself, should be a white sticker on the back of the device. Then reach out to "brett@loop.tv" with the MAC and should be able to reset activation.
