Lost Access To MDPcentral due to Name Change

If a team member tells us they lost access to mdpcentral or that they keep getting kicked out do the following:
-Ask team member did they have a name change recently, if so search for team member former and or new name ensure with web development(Sharon) user name has been updated on server side, ex(ticket 70009, Sharon had to clear cache on server and perform hard refresh)
If not, have team member clear cache and cookies, choose clear from all time and reopen browser.
