To get that button working, there is just one first time option to check on for each computer. Once its checked on, then it will stay setup for that computer.

For your IO cameras(mouthwatch), please configure the following to get the physical “capture” button on the camera to work for images.

·        Within the DirectVideo extension, click on Video Options and select Still Pin And Other Video Sizes.

·        If (and ONLY if) the drop down under Still Pin Capture is NOT empty, click on the circle next to I want to capture video from the still pin and then hit OK at the bottom of the window.

This is a known issue and teams are working on a solution but the only fix we have is to restart your PC.
