Scenario: Practices will begin asking us for a mechanism in which patients who speak different languages can get translation support while being seen by our staff.
Steps to Take:
1) Ensure the ticket request is put in, respond to the team member requesting the phone setup telling them you are placing a note to have the required phones ordered for the practice.
2) Place note in private to get translation phones ordered, check with Dena on phone specs and place ticket in order queue, notify in IT Order google chat thread with ticket number to have it ordered sooner than later.
