1. Open XvCapture and check Fail Count under Forward Images

2.If it says anything but no Failures then you can click on Advanced User Tools --> Forward Images --> Fix Forwarding Errors

3.It will then show a list of recently failed uploads, Highlight the ones you want and click "Resubmit" Then OK and go back. XV Capture will go back through Preparing --> Sending --> and idle state.

4. Failure count then should reflect zero. If not, we will want to submit a ticket to Apetryx support.
