Users may call in and state their name beside there picture states default instead of their actual name as seen below:

This was first detected by WTDG employee, have the user follow the below instructions:

-Gmail.com page click on the gear icon near the top right and then right below that "See all Settings" -->  Then click on the Accounts tab - you should see an entry that has default and your WTDG email address.  Click on Edit Information and change the text box default to your name and hit "Save Changes"
