For offices migrating to Overjet:
As we migrate offices over to Overjet and Overjet/IRIS, we hand a list of current (at the time) team members for that office to the Overjet team to create accounts and send out invites by email.
For New Hires:
Overjet accounts for new hires are currently manually added by IT Helpdesk 24 hours after the new employee’s GSuite account is generated. The invite comes directly from Overjet to email and must be activated by the end user. After that the login will be the same as their Gmail.
The email subject will be "Create your account with Overjet!" and will come from noreply@overjet.ai
If your office is using Overjet but you never received the invite email:
Submit a Ticket to IT Operations. Choose the Dental Imaging result, and let us know!
