How to Access a Support Team’s Google Drive

When visiting a support team’s page, you may see a link to a Google Drive. This drive contains files available to all MDP employees. With that in mind, you must use an mdpweb.net account to see these files. If a support team has a Google Drive, the link will look like this: ![]() When clicking on that button, you’ll either see the drive contents right away, or you may see this instead: ![]() If you see this screen, it means your request is coming from an account outside our organization. This happens occasionally when two or more Google accounts are logged in to the same web browser. In order to access this Google Drive, you’ll need to click “Switch accounts” (circled) and login with your MDPWeb.net account. Additionally, please note: All accounts on MDPWeb.net are HIPAA compliant. A basic Google account (one with an email address that ends with @gmail.com) is not HIPAA compliant. |
