How do I set up or check voicemail?

To access the voicemail system, also known as Comedian Mail, dial *97 from an office phone. You will be asked for your PIN. By default, the PIN is your phone extension + 1. For example, if you have extension 1234, your default PIN would be 12341.
If you’re accessing voicemail from an office phone different from your own, just dial *98 instead. It’ll ask for your extension, and then your PIN.
Please note, if you’re checking voicemail from outside the office, you can call the MDP Comedian Mail system by dialing 502-254-6088. Provide your extension and PIN.
Once you’re in the voicemail system, you can do the following:
Press 0 for mailbox options
Press 1 for new and old messages
In mailbox options, you can:
Press 1 to record your unavailable message
Press 2 to record your busy message
Press 3 to record your name for automated use
Press 5 to change your PIN
