You should have received an email introducing our newest printer business partner, Konica Minolta. No doubt you have a lot of questions! Please take a look below, and if you have any questions not answered here reach out to IT Operations.

We were told to anticipate a monthly flat fee for printing. What is that flat fee and what does it include?
Each B&W printer will be charged a flat fee of $40 monthly.
Each color printer will be charged a flat fee of $63 monthly.
That includes: as many prints as you want to make, toner replacement (including spares), service/maintenance and technical support.
I just got used to the Brother printers! What printers are we getting from Konica Minolta?
The great news is if you have a Brother brand printer or printer-copier provided by Integrity One, you’re keeping it. A KM tech will come out to tag it where it sits, no swaps.
If you’re currently using a B&W Kyocera brand printer-copier under service with Integrity One, Better Quality, or COS, your equipment will be sent back and replaced with the Konica Minolta bizhub 5020i all-in-one. This is the exact same printer as the Brother MFC-L6900 we were installing over the last couple of years. Same size, shape, features and speed. The only real difference is the color.
For color printer-copiers, we’re installing the Konica Minolta bizhub c3320i all-in-one. This is the equivalent to the Brother MFC-L9570CDW, but in a smaller frame and expandable to hold multiple paper trays.
And for standalone printers, perhaps for your consult rooms, we’re going with the Konica Minolta bizhub 4000i for B/W, and the Konica Minolta bizhub c3300i for color.
How much do these new printers cost?
Across the board, the prices have dropped compared to the equivalent Brother printers we’ve been installing. Direct comparisons follow.
Konica Minolta bizhub 5020i, $650. Compared to $750 for Brother.
Konica Minolta bizhub c3320i, $860. Compared to $950 for Brother.
Konica Minolta bizhub 4000i, $307. Compared to $440 for Brother.
Konica Minolta bizhub c3300i, $570. Compared to $835 for Brother.
Who do we contact for service or toner replacement?
As soon as your printer or printer-copier is tagged by a Konica Minolta tech, you’ll reach out to KM for any service or toner. The tag will have both a toll-free customer care center number, as well as a website the office or department can sign up to submit requests via. Below that is an 8 digit ID for that particular printer or printer-copier. You’ll need to have that ready if you call in.
We have printers that aren’t serviced by Integrity One. What about us?
While this initial roll out is just for printers and printer-copiers that were serviced or leased under Integrity One, we will quickly follow up with the Indy region’s printers and printer-copiers provided Duplicator Sales & Service.
Everyone else with leased printers or printer-copiers will follow Indy, with the equipment replaced as those leases or service contracts mature.
What’s this about toner recycling?
Konica Minolta has what they call the Clean Planet Program. You can learn more at the following link: https://kmbs.konicaminolta.us/kmbs/about/environment
