We have partnered with Konica Minolta to provide printers and printer maintenance. They also have their own tech support team who are happy to help with printer issues!
Printers with a maintenance agreement should have a sticker on the front. This sticker will also have an equipment ID number that you’ll need to have handy before reaching out to KM. If your printer does not have a sticker, it may not be covered by a Konica Minolta service agreement. If your printer is managed by Konica Minolta and you are in need of new toner or a service request, both can be submitted at the MyKMBS portal, or by e-mailing our KM service liaison, Raven Feagans. Her e-mail address is rfeagans@kmbs.konicaminolta.us If you’re not sure if the printer is covered by Konica Minolta, you can contact IT or you can call Konica Minolta at 1-800-456-5664 and provide them with the printer’s serial number – often found on the back of the unit. If you do contact Konica Minolta, be sure to ask for a replacement sticker! Your printer may also have a lease or service contract with Duplicator Sales or some other party. We are working to phase these out. You can also put in a ticket with IT Operations for assistance. Our options are limited if the printer isn’t on a service contract, but we’re happy to help where we can. Please sure to pick the “Printer Issue” category when preparing the ticket. |
