Excessive Absence/ TardyInvoluntaryThe employee is terminated after documented excessive absences or tardies
Job AbandonmentInvoluntaryThe employee is terminated due to “No Call/No Show” according to MDP Policy
Job FitVoluntaryThe employee is leaving MDP because the position or the office is not a good fit for them (ie. Fitting in with coworkers)
Lack of Work/RIFInvoluntaryThe employee is let go due to a Reduction in Force
ManagementVoluntaryThe employee is leaving MDP due to differences or disagreements with the company’s management
MovingVoluntaryThe employee is relocating to an area that will not allow them to continue to work for the company.
