🔐 Password Assistance Guide

1. Forgotten or Missing Password (MDPweb, Gmail, or Open Dental)

If an employee has forgotten or never received their password for MDPweb, Gmail, or Open Dental:
👉 Please have them visit: https://mdpcentral.com/reset

2. Can Access MDPweb, But Not Gmail or Open Dental

If the employee can log in to MDPweb, but is having password issues with Gmail or Open Dental:
👉 Have them log in to MDPweb first, then visit: https://mdpcentral.com/password-change

3. Locked Out of Dayforce (Time Clock)

If the user is locked out please email  totalrewards@mdpweb.net
