Installing a Topaz Signature Pad is really easy!

First make note of what model of Topaz you have. The model number will be on the back of the device.

Our most common are the T-L460-HSB-R and T-L462-HSB-R.

Then download the Topaz SigPlus software to your PC and plug the signature pad in.

Double-click on sigplus.exe in your Downloads folder to start the install.

Walk through the installer by clicking Next until you get to this screen. This is where the model comes in. Pick the appropriate answer and click OK.

You'll need to do the same here. Pick the model of your Topaz and click OK.

For the Connection Type, leave the dot next to HSB (USB type) and click OK.

Agree to the license, and click OK one more time to install the Demo Ocx.exe

Click Finish to close out of Setup and use the Start Menu to restart your PC.
