Is your WIFI down? Every office should have the following SSID (WIFI Networks) displayed:

• MDP Open
• MDP Secure

If you aren't seeing both show up when trying to connect a device to WIFI, there's a pretty simple fix before you put a ticket in to IT.

We're using the Ubiquiti UniFi Wireless Access Point. It looks like this.

There will be one ethernet cable plugged into the bottom of it -- with the plastic tab like a phone cable has. Unplug and make sure the ring light on top turns off, wait about 3-5 seconds and plug back in. The ring should light back up. As it cycles through the steps the ring will change colors.

Give the AP 3-5 minutes to provision before checking for the WIFI networks again
