Press the gear button to access Settings on the TV.
Network & Internet:
Make sure that the wifi toggle is enabled and connected to a wifi network. You can select the wifi network it's currently connected to and see the connection information like so:

Launching Loop channels:
On the home page select-
which will initiate a loading page-
Once fully loaded, you'll be taken to the channel page where you'll see the options: Home, Widgets, Rewards, Search, Support as well as the several channel options each office can choose from. Channels range from a wide variety of video content to music playlists. Office ads are ~looped~ into the content.
